Personal Lines Account Review Specialist-Posted March 2022

Our personal lines department is growing and we are looking for our next GREAT team member.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establish working relationships with clients, potential clients and companies we represent via phone, email or paper.
  • Maintain renewal book and send out renewal emails annually to all customers 30 days before policy renewal.
  • Remarket accounts with a significant increase.
  • Check every auto renewal for required signed documents
  • Handle or assist with underwriting memos, gathering information from clients, responding to the underwriters, etc.
  • Maintain client files and process routine correspondence between our agency and the client or company… both paper records and on our many different software programs
  • Multi-line existing customers to get other lines of business during phone conversations and when they are in our office.

Qualifications: 

  • Active TX Property & Casual License.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in personal lines insurance.
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Have the ability to make recommendations to specific client needs.
  • Prioritization and high sense of urgency to respond to clients is a must.
  • Experience with AMS360 is a plus!

Vacation: After 90 days this position will offer PTO as earned. After one year 15 days of PTO annually.

Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Day.

Compensation: Varies based on experience. Team bonuses based on agency performance. $250/annual clothing allowance for agency branded apparel.

Eligible for Health Insurance and Retirement benefits after 90 days of employment

Commercial Lines Account Manager-Posted November 2021

Our commercial lines department is growing and we are looking for our next GREAT team member.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Quote and sell small commercial accounts.
  • Handle day to day servicing of commercial lines clients-Endorsements, Certificates, etc.
  • Cross sell current clients adding additional lines of coverage.
  • Account marketing, quoting, ordering and issuing of binders on renewal policies.
  • Develop and maintain great working relationships with clients, underwriters, brokers and carrier partners.
  • Submitting completed submissions to appropriate carriers and working with the carrier on price and coverage.

Qualifications: 

  • Active TX Property & Casual License.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial lines account management.
  • Experience with AMS360 is a plus!
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Have the ability to make recommendations to specific client needs.
