We want you to be completely satisfied with your decision to join us. If, for any reason, you are not totally happy within 30 days from the date your insurance comes effective with us, I want you to let us know. Should you decide to cancel your policy, we will gladly refund the entire unused premium you paid – no questions asked. No hard feelings, either. All you need to do is write, “cancel” on the policy declaration page, sign and mail it back. This offer is void if any claims have been, or are to be, made under the policy or if there was any
misrepresentation on any application.
After the first 30 days of your relationship with Hanby, your total and continuous satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. So, if you should change your mind for any reason thereafter, we want you to write and tell us. We will cancel your policy as of the date we receive your letter and refund the full amount of the unused premium to you – no questions asked. All you need to do is write, “cancel as of (include date)”, sign and mail it back with your letter.
